I've lived in Miami for 16 years — long enough to call it home, but still carrying everything Brazil taught me about living fully, eating well, and taking care of the people you love.
I've always been that person. The one reading ingredient labels at the grocery store. The one researching what actually works before putting anything in her body. When my son Benjamin came into our lives four years ago, that instinct only got stronger — because suddenly I wasn't just taking care of myself anymore.
owlife started from a simple belief I've held my whole life: what goes into your body shapes how you show up in the world. I wanted to create something honest — clean formulas, real ingredients, no shortcuts — for women like me who are juggling everything and still trying to feel their best.
The owl in our name belonged to my mother. She passed, but her wisdom didn't. Every product we make carries a little piece of her — the reminder that the wisest thing you can do is take care of yourself.
